She had to keep moving to survive.
That's all she knew. Sleeping for a few hours in an alleyway, then in
a secluded spot in a park for another few hours. She'd lost her home
of 10 years, all because her parents were bigoted assholes. A
homeless girl can be prey for almost anyone. Then she unwittingly
stumbled into a gang's territory and pissed them off. She had nowhere
safe to lay her head. She had to keep running. Maybe she could find
her way out of the city. It's a pretty big place, though. Too easy to
get lost.
